About
A love story in short episodes
Meet the Batches follows Batch and Olivia, an animated couple who want to get married and keep getting interrupted by real life.
The premise
Each episode is one small moment: a jealous thought, a surprise, a dinner debate, a dream that feels too big. They're the kind of scenes couples recognise and send to each other with "this is literally us."
Fans pick a side. Team Olivia or Team Batch, and the weekly battle keeps score. It's all in good fun: both teams root for the same couple.
The characters
Olivia is warm, dry and unimpressed, and has dreams of her own. Batch is charming, sheepish and loyal to a fault, and tends to overthink. Batch and Olivia are animated characters, written and voiced for the show.
How it's made
Every episode is written, illustrated and animated as a 2D cut-out cartoon in a vertical 9:16 format, sized for phones. Character voices are generated with a text-to-speech voice model and kept consistent from episode to episode.
