Scoring rules
- Weeks run from Monday 00:00 to the next Monday 00:00, Eastern Time (ET) (Toronto / New York time, including daylight saving changes). Scores reset at the start of each week; past weeks are archived above.
- Free votes: one vote per person per day (days also follow Eastern Time (ET)). To limit abuse we use a bot check and a cookie, and cap each network at 10 votes a day. We store a salted, daily-rotating hash of your network address, never the address itself.
- Support points: each whole US dollar of a successfully settled payment = 1 point for the team you chose (a $2.50 payment = 2 points). Points count in the week the payment settled.
- Points only appear after the payment processor confirms the payment to our server. Refunds remove points; payments under dispute count zero until the dispute is resolved in our favour. Past weeks are corrected the same way.
- Votes and points are always shown separately. There is no combined score.
- The battle is a fan game. There are no cash prizes, betting, lotteries or financial rewards. Every payment supports the same show; the team choice only decides scoreboard credit.
