Where your money goes
Support pays for producing Meet the Batches: animation, voices, music licensing, tools and the time it takes to make an episode every day.
[Owner to confirm: legal name of the person or business receiving payments, and country.] Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, who may show that name on your statement.
Amounts
Choose $2, $5, $10, $25, or any amount from $1 to $500. All amounts are in US dollars; your bank may convert the currency.
Scoreboard credit
Each settled whole dollar adds 1 support point to the team you choose, in the week it settles. Points are only added after the processor confirms the payment to our server, and are removed for refunds or disputes. Scoring rules
Questions
Is this a donation to a charity?
No. Meet the Batches is a creator project, not a charity, so support is not tax-deductible. It's a voluntary payment to help produce the show.
Do I get anything in return?
No product or service is sold. Your chosen team gets support points on the weekly scoreboard, and you can leave a message (shown only if you opt in and after review).
Does the money go to Batch or Olivia?
Batch and Olivia are animated characters. All support goes to producing the show; the team you pick only decides who gets scoreboard credit.
Can I support without being named?
Yes. Your name and message are only shown if you tick the box to show them publicly. Leave it unticked and you're anonymous on the site.
What do you do with my email?
If you enter one, it's used for the payment receipt only. We never add payment emails to any mailing list. Episode updates are a separate opt-in.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, see the refund policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed, its points are removed from the scoreboard.
Is my card information safe?
Payments are handled on Stripe's or PayPal's own hosted checkout pages. Card details never touch our servers.
